In October 2025, the "Unicom Information AI Accelerator Demo Day 2025," jointly operated by Unicom Information (PIC) and Linktone, was launched. Cobinyiu Creativity, we were selected as one of the eight teams to present, and our presentation, titled "AI Search and Smart Retail Applications," shared how to integrate natural language understanding, product discovery, and physical services into the customer journey.

I. Connecting Industry Resources to Accelerate the Implementation of AI Applications

This Demo Day, themed "From Ideas to Impact: AI in Action," brought together venture capitalists, business representatives, and startup teams for exchange. For Cobinyiu Creativity, the value of participating in the accelerator lies not only in presenting results, but also in being able to directly address business needs and discuss how technology can be integrated into existing retail, supply chain, and data environments.

At the event, we focused on a problem familiar to all retail brands: traditional keyword searches often struggle to understand customers' needs when they describe them verbally, in context, or with multiple conditions; and the intent left by online searches is often interrupted after customers visit the store. The task of AI search and OMO is to shorten these information and service gaps.

II. More Than Just Technology: Understanding Real Retail Problems Through AI Search

The core solution based on friends' ideas is to let the search system first understand what customers are looking for, and then find suitable options from product, content, or contextual data. Customers don't need to remember the exact product name; they can directly state the purpose, target audience, budget, and limitations. Brands can see unmet needs from the search process.

Natural Language Product Exploration Allowing spoken language, context, and multi-conditional needs to no longer be limited to identical keywords.
Cross-Touchpoint Service Building websites, store installations, and smart robots on consistent product and knowledge data.
Demand Insight Identifying product data and service gaps from zero results, query rewriting, and popular contexts.
Operational Process Integration Based on actual permissions, data synchronization, and service responsibilities, allowing AI suggestions to connect to actionable next steps.

In exchanges with representatives from Unified Information and participating companies, we further discussed the implementation conditions for retail and supply chain scenarios. These dialogues allowed us to consider not only model capabilities but also data quality, system integration, store processes, and performance measurement when optimizing products.

Cobinyiu Creativity shared at Demo Day that conversational search will become an important interface for retail services.

III. How the Economic Daily News Reported on This Demo Day

The *Economic Daily News* reported on the event's results on October 14, 2025, listing eight startup teams, including Cobinyiu Creativity, and noting that each team covers AI applications in cross-border and content services, manufacturing and supply chain, cloud and data, and retail and lifestyle.

Excerpt from the original report:"A total of eight startup teams participated in the presentations this year." Cobinyiu Creativity was also listed among the teams presented in the report.

For us, media coverage is not just about increasing exposure, but also about leaving a verifiable record of our activities for third parties, allowing more companies to understand the real-world scenarios that Taiwanese AI teams are addressing, and how companies and startups can establish collaborative dialogues through the accelerator.

IV. Turning Milestones into the Next Step

Being selected to participate in Demo Day is an important milestone, but more importantly, it's about transforming feedback into sustainable products and collaborations. We will continue to optimize our AI search and OMO solutions based on our friends' creativity, and evaluate each implementation based on verifiable data quality, user experience, and business metrics to ensure it truly solves problems.

We also look forward to collaborating with more retail, e-commerce, and venue service partners to gradually build implementable and maintainable AI applications, starting with a clear customer journey.
